FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT INFORMATION OR DELAYS IN REPORTING MAY RESULT IN YOUR CLAIM BEING DECLINED.
IF YOUR CLAIM IS APPROVED, WE WILL DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE RESOLUTION. THIS MAY INCLUDE A REPLACEMENT, STORE CREDIT, OR ANOTHER FORM OF RESOLUTION AT OUR DISCRETION.
